Deborah (Deb) Daniel is a dental hygienist, healthcare leader, educator, project management professional, and change management specialist with more than 15 years of clinical practice and experience advancing healthcare transformation, leadership development, and professional growth across clinical and non-clinical sectors.
As a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) candidate at the University of Toronto, Deb's academic work focuses on allied health leadership advancement, workforce transformation, and empowering healthcare professionals to expand beyond traditional clinical pathways.
Deb is the co-founder of Beyond Clinical Practice — a platform dedicated to supporting dental hygienists and other healthcare professionals as they explore leadership and non-clinical career opportunities through individualized coaching, education, and professional development. She builds it alongside co-founder Jessica Linford, BSDH, MAL-H.
Known for delivering engaging, practical, and inspiring presentations, Deb brings passion, authenticity, and real-world insight to every room. Her work inspires healthcare professionals to embrace leadership, navigate change, and expand the possibilities of their careers — both within and beyond the operatory.
